What is Alpha Smartphones?

Alpha Smartphones specializes in the selling of Fully Refurbished and Manufacturer Refurbished mobile phones and tablet. Fully Refurbished Like New iPhones. You can also find brand new, used / pre-owned mobile phones here.

How does Alpha Smartphones work?

The brand new devices are delivered to you in their original packing. When it comes to refurbished and second hand devices, we fully test them, factories reset them and only sell devices which are fully functional.

Is there any grading system for devices?

Yes, we grade all devices on the website, unless they are brand new.   

What are your working hours?

Our working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, through Monday to Friday.

What is your delivery time?

Our standard delivery time is 1-3 days but we try our best to deliver your products the very next day of your purchase.

What are your opening and closing times on Christmas?

Our office is closed on 23rd December and gets opened on 3rd January.

Do you have a physical shop? Can I visit it?

We do not have a physical store - Alpha Smartphones is an online store which you can visit any time, right from your home.

How are your products packed?

The products are packed in plain white boxes.

Is the IMEI number printed on the invoice of products?

Yes, IMEI number is printed on the invoice.

Do the products come with manufacturer warranty?

This depends on the model of device you are buying. If it is a brand new device or relatively newer device, chances are that it still has the manufacturer warranty.

Is it possible for me to see the actual photographs of product?

Because we have hundreds of products listed on the website, it is impossible for us to take individual pictures of every product. To help you about the condition of device, we have a grading system.

What are the networks to which your products are locked?

We sell products which can be used on all popular UK networks, which include: TMobile, Vodafone, O2, Orange and EE. SIM unlocked devices are also available on Alpha Smartphones - they are compatible with all networks.

Can my device become blacklisted or blocked?

We take immense care in maintaining our stocks and do not offer any such device. If such a problem still occurs, we will provide you full compensation (a similar brand new device) inspite of warranty or not.

Where do you get stock from?

We get our stock from various manufacturers, mobile companies (Vodafone, O2, EE etc.) and authorized suppliers.

Do you change/replace any part of the devices you sell?

No, we do not believe in doing any sort of tinkering with the devices. We sell them in the same condition, we receive it from our suppliers.

Can I unlock a product which is locked?

Yes, you can unlock the product.

I think I need the original owner's details to unlock the product? What do I do?

Although, we cannot provide you with the details of previous owner. Please email us at info@alphasmartphones.co.uk so that our customer department can solve this issue.

I run a company. Can I order in bulk for my company?

Yes, Alpha Smartphones offer special discounts to companies, depending on the number of devices they are purchasing.

The phone I was looking for is not available right now. Can I get notified once it is in stock?

Yes, you can get a notification in the form of email. All you have to do is: Email us at info@alphasmartphones.co.uk and mention the specific model number of the phone.

No, there is absolutely no limit on the number of products you want to purchase.

The device I want is not in stock right now. What do I do?

Send us an email regarding the device you require. Our customer care reps will contact you and inform you about the product’s availability.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

As we require third-party involvement to deliver the products to you, we do not deliver on public holidays.

If I place an order before Christmas, will it be delivered to me?

If you place an order before 22nd December, it will be delivered at your home. But if an order is placed after it, they will be shipped on 3rd January

Delivery charges are shown on every product’s page. Note: Majority of the products do not have any delivery charges.

Which delivery services do you use?

We use Secure Delivery Service Next Day Service - we deliver with through DPD or Royal Mail.

Can I replace or upgrade my phone by paying the difference?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cater any such request. If you do not like the product you received, you can always get a refund.

In which condition should the device be, to be returned back to you?

If you want to return the received product, it is essential that the product:

●   Must be returned in the condition it was received
